Description
The ZytoLight ® SPEC VEGFA/CEN 6 Dual Color Probe is designed for the detection of amplifications involving the chromosomal region 6p21.1 harboring the VEGFA gene. Amplification of the VEGFA gene locus was found in several types of malignancy, such as osteosarcoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, and colorectal cancers.
